- 1.What material are your tattoo needles made of? How do you ensure quality?
Our tattoo needles are made of medical-grade 316 stainless steel wire, with strict polishing, sharpening and sterilization processes. Each needle is tested for sharpness, elasticity and safety, complying with industry standards. Material certificates and quality inspection reports are available upon request.
- 2.Do you support OEM/ODM customization? Can we custom our own brand logo?
Yes, we provide OEM & ODM services, including needle specifications, packaging design and brand logo printing. We can customize blister packaging, box packaging or bulk packaging according to your requirements. MOQ and details can be discussed with our sales team.
- 3. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)? Do you support mixed orders?
We support wholesale and mixed orders. You can mix different types of tattoo needles (round liners, round shaders, magnums, etc.). MOQ varies by packaging type. Please contact us for a detailed quotation.
- 4.How about lead time, shipping methods and shipping cost?
Samples in stock, about 3-5 days wii be sent Custom orders depend on production schedule. We support international express (DHL, FedEx, UPS), air freight,sea freight, rain or car freight. Shipping cost is calculated based on weight, volume and destination.
- 5.What is your after-sales policy for quality issues? Do you accept returns or exchanges?
If you receive defective products such as damaged needles, deformed tips or broken packaging, please provide photos or videos for verification. We will arrange replacement or refund accordingly. Customized products are generally not returnable for non-quality reasons.
